To Submit a Liturgy Request.
It is a beautiful part of our Byzantine Catholic tradition to have the Divine Liturgy celebrated for the repose of the soul of a departed loved one, or for the health and personal intentions of an individual.
If you would like to request a specific date, please do so ASAP, as the dates assigned are on a first come first serve basis and are reserved upon receipt of the offering. The regular stipend for the Divine Liturgy is $20.00. However, please know that if you are unable to pay the stipend, your Liturgy request will be honored.
Please know that we will work to provide the dates requested, but depending on Holy Days, Fr. Jame's responsibilities, the Lenton Season, emergencies, funerals, etc. we cannot always guarantee the exact day you wish. Additional information can be found on the Liturgy Request Form. The form is available on the table outside the Fellowship Hall or by printing the attached PDF below.
Submit your completed form and your check, made out to St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church (note cash is only accepted if option 1 is used), by putting both in an envelope:
- addressed to: Liturgy Request and deposited in the offertory basket during any Liturgy OR
- addressed and mailled to:
